How do I clean my leather tie?
We recommend cleaning your Grove Lane leather tie with a mild leather cleaner and soft cloth. Alternatively, for serious stains you can find a professional leather cleaner in your area.
What's the best way to store my leather tie?
We recommend you hang your leather tie on a wooden hanger as folding it may cause creases. Also avoid exposing your tie to sunlight as it may cause the colour to fade. Hang in a cool, dry, well ventilated area where the leather can breathe. If your leather tie creases, you can press it with an iron on the lowest heat, with a piece of paper or fabric on top of the tie to protect the leather.
What currency do you sell your ties in?
We sell our ties in US Dollars, however you can view the price of our ties in your currency using the drop down menu located below the shopping cart icon.
What is the handling time for your ties?
Our ties are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom ties are made to order, and have a 5 day handling time.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are delivered within 1-3 days in the U.S and 3-5 days internationally. After your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us with your unique tracking number.
